Because I’ve been exactly where you are right now. I worked in family services and as a BCBA in the autism community for a combined total of 10 years. In that time, I not only experienced burnout myself to the point of a deep depression, but I also interacted with countless other women along the way that were struggling with their own stress management. I’ve seen firsthand the devastating impact stress has on working women; it not only sucks the passion out of your work, but it affects your relationships, self-care, and your confidence. Each of these foundational pieces of stress recovery are addressed so that you don’t perpetuate the patterns that have been stressing you tf out. I want to work myself out of a job! It may sound silly, but my goal is to help you become SO self-sufficient in managing stress & burnout that you no longer need me to do it!
